Quick Turnaround

So you've placed your order with us, now what? Well, we will check through and process your order right away and you can expect acknowledgement of your order within the next working day. There will then be three general timeframes before your lovely new furniture arrives with you:

Stock order - Any elements of your order which are kept in stock can be despatched right away and they will usually reach you on a tailgate/courier delivery within around 2-3 days. If stock is unavailable for any reason we will always let you know and suggest some alternatives.

Standard Order - Many of our standard ranges are made to order, these will typically be on a lead time of around 3 weeks so we'll be sure to keep you in the loop so you know when to expect delivery

Special/bespoke order - If you've decided to go for something a bit different (whether that's a special size or configuration, or something completely bespoke) then we will generally need around 4-6 weeks to manufacture. This can vary depending on the nature of what you need and also how busy the factory are at a given time so we would discuss this directly with you at the time of ordering to make sure we can work within your time frame.
